Error / Problem Likely Cause Fix
"Mobile number already registered" That number has an existing 55hd account Go to 55hd Login instead. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Contact [email protected] if you cannot recover access.
"Passwords do not match" The two password fields have different text Tap the eye icon on both fields to reveal what you typed, then correct the typo. Make sure autocorrect on your keyboard is not silently changing letters, especially on mobile.

"Invalid mobile number format" Number does not match the BD 11-digit format Bangladesh mobile numbers must start with 01 and be exactly 11 digits long (e.g., 017XXXXXXXX). Do not add +880 or a leading 0 extra digit — just the 11-digit number as it appears on your SIM.
Page keeps reloading after tap Terms checkbox was not ticked Scroll down inside the form and tick the age and terms checkbox. This is mandatory — the form will not proceed without it. If the checkbox is hard to tap on a small screen, try zooming in slightly.
