Your Agreement to These Terms

By accessing and using 55hd, you accept and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and notices contained in this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately. 55hd reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of 55hd following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Who Can Play at 55hd

Age & Legal Requirements

Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits come from a valid payment account in your name. 55hd will not process deposits from third parties. Any deposits made from sources other than the account holder may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Fees & Charges

While 55hd does not charge deposit fees, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may deduct transaction fees. These fees are outside our control. Check your payment provider's terms for their charges.

Prohibited Use

You may not use 55hd for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal financial activity. We use advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious deposit patterns and may freeze accounts under investigation.

Withdrawals & Verification

Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Your daily withdrawal limit is set based on your VIP tier, ranging from ৳240,000 for members up to ৳930,000 for Crown tier players. Withdrawals typically complete within 21 minutes during business hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Requirement

Withdrawal Delays

Withdrawal Restrictions

You cannot withdraw funds from a suspended or closed account. Any pending withdrawals from a closed account will be cancelled. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming cash.

Bonus & Promotion Rules

Welcome Bonus Terms

55hd offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus cap of ৳10,000. To claim this bonus, complete your first deposit during the registration process. The bonus is not automatically credited; you must explicitly opt in when depositing.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses come with a 25x wagering requirement. This means you must play through the bonus amount 25 times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in total wagers. Bonus funds expire 7 days after receipt if not played.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute 50% or less. Check individual game rules for exact contribution rates. Sports betting is typically excluded from bonus wagering.

Bonus Abuse

55hd reserves the right to cancel bonuses and confiscate bonus funds if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: excessive bonus claiming, pattern betting designed to clear bonuses without genuine play, or collusion with other players. Suspended bonus abuse accounts cannot be reopened.

Reload Bonuses & Cashback

Eligible players receive a 28% reload bonus on subsequent deposits. All VIP members also receive daily cashback ranging from 1.3% (Member) to 2.55% (Crown tier). Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the day and credited automatically.

Game Play & Wagering

Prohibited Activities

Accounts engaged in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended, and all funds forfeited.

Game Malfunction

If a game malfunctions, all transactions during the malfunction period are void. We do not honor wins from glitched games.
